This product's focus is data extraction from MS Word documents, conversion to text, reformatting and storing in SQL databases. Customers include Joint Chiefs of Staff, SAIC and State of Maryland.

Responsible for development of test plans, test data creation (using Perl), and testing, for a Call Record Management System (CRMS). The CRMS polls Lucent 5E switches (9 locations) for AMA call records. Once retrieved, the CRMS converts AMA records to EMI format, which are then processed by the Convergys Billing System. Testing also includes Y2K validation of CRMS.
